Startup Funding & Investment

I used to think I was a financial wizard by keeping my team huddled in my freezing garage for two years. We were scrappy, we were lean, and frankly, we were also a bit miserable. I remember the first time I showcased my startup to a potential investor. Nervous, trying to appear confident, I realized midway through our meeting that my surroundings were whispering stories I hadn’t intended to tell.
